About Me

Spending most of my childhood active in sports and fitness, did I ever think I would become a psychotherapist, no chance. But life has a funny way of making things happen, do we choose our path or does our path choose us?

At 21 my life drastically changed, I was diagnosed with physical illness which left me bed bound for 6 months. The world I knew changed over night, suddenly and forever.

I can now look back at this time in my life with immense gratitude, as it transformed me and awakened me to my Self, and my inner world, a world that had long been neglected and avoided due to deep childhood trauma. There is a great wisdom that exists in suffering, if we allow it to exist and enter our life, it truly does have the potential to transform our life and help us come back home to ourselves, if we have the courage to listen to it, and allow its message to be heard. In 2024 I completed my M.A in psychosynthesis psychology and wrote my final thesis on the sacralisation of suffering, as I truly do believe in order to heal we have to open our heart to our pain, and begin to reconnect to those neglected parts of ourselves.
